7137 9r09 will not update to 9r11

Trying to update firmware from 9r09 to 9r11 and tool is saying " cannot load u9000 application into u7137 tool"

Sounds like you have a tuner serties crom, are you a CMR dealer?

You need to load the regular update for the u7137 since it is no longer a U9000, U7137 updates are here:

we are a cmr tuner. I was loading some of the new u9000's and wanted to update the older units we had in stock to match.

never mind I see now. there is a crom for u9000 units. im good now
