trinity not working in truck but works on computer

i unpluged my trinity to hook it up to the computer to do an update on on it and said that i had to put the truck back to factory when i went out to plug it in the truck it wont come on at all but it still comes on when hooked up to the computer ive tried all the basic fixes cords are all fine fuses are fine

Sounds like maybe the connector was damaged on the trinity, if so, lets get it sent in under warranty by filling out the rma request form.

Hello i just bought my trinity and tried to install in my 09 ram 1500 4x4 and didnt work. tried to put stock values back in and truck wont start just turns the starter over, any ideas?
