Sold tuned truck, can I reset Predator?

I have a U7186 and I had my 2008 Chevy 2500HD tuned with it. I traded my truck in, but I did not take the tune off before doing so. I still have the U7186. Is it completely useless without having the truck to hook it up to and take the tune off, or is there some way to reset the tuner so that I can sell it and buy a Predator for my new vehicle? Thanks!
