Predator support for Ford diesel vehicles

Please help me here in Germany

Hello,

I've bought a used Predator U7160 in USA for my 2003 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke.
I want to install the 65hp tune, but it says:

" Invalid license, the tune in this vehicle does not match the last
tune written"

What can I do ?
Who can help me ?

I was receiving a similar message on my 7165 unit for my 06 F250 after I installed the new 100hp tune. I unplugged it and tried again which successfully installed the 100hp tune. Just yesterday running in the new 100hp tune, the engine light came on again. I reloaded the factory tune and willl be reinstalling the R17 crom file so I can run in 65hp until this gets sorted out.

Just my 2 cents...

I 've tried it 3 times, but it shows ever the same:

" Invalid license, the tune in this vehicle does not match the last
tune written"

This tool is locked to another vehicle.
Whoever sold it to you never restored the backup to their truck.
I would recommend you return it and get your money back.

Is it possible from diablosport.com to set it back ?
Or is it possible for you, to make a upgrade U7160 --> U7165 ??

Yes, the U7160 can be upgraded to a U7165 for $99+shipping.
Fill out an rma request form to send the tool in.

in the rma is no chance to fill out another state as USA ?

Go to the <product support> tab on the main page and then when the page opens you will see a red button with RMA FORM on it. Click this and print it and fill it out. RMA= return material authorization. Has places for name address and what you want/need done.

Thanks, I know.

But there is no international state, like Germany, accepted. Only the states of USA.

Hi guys,
slowly I am getting nervous. Your advertisment for upgrade U7160 --> 07165 is 7-10 days.
Now, you have my Predator nearly 4 weeks !! ( RMA # 5836 )
So much work ??
I hope, it will end succesful ?!

You must understand that 7-10 days applies to the continental United States.
Shipping internationally can take extra time.

Sorry Mike, but I have send it with Fedex at a thursday and overnight on friday, Brain had received it !
For shipping back to Germany I give you a airwaybill from Fedex too, with a "bill consignee account" !!
There is no way to make it more easy for you.
