Good luck. It would never work for me. Finally bought HP tuners, and even they have the problem if you just tell it to change tire size, something funny with GM's code, but at least you can work around it. I finally just changed the VSS speed sensor ratio. But since you only have 40 pulses per rev, you can only change it in 2.5% increments. I needed like 4.5% change with 33" tires so changed it 5% and it's pretty much dead on according to GPS.
I guess diablo could offer to change tire size by 2.5% increments lol.

This is TheGrinch - It's because of front/rear speed sensors being off or something like that. More than one thing measuring speed.
This has been asked about 50 times and there's never a solution. I had a custom tune and it still did it before I bought HP tuners (although if lew can change VSS he might be able to fix it for ya if you tell him how).
Other recommendations they've thrown out were to change speed limiters, change tire back to original aspect type numbers and just increase the first number, etc. Nothing ever worked for me. I tried a lot of things in HP too before I got it to work, but setting the tire size and everything back to normal and just changed the speed sensor (VSS) was the only way I got it to work.
