Predator won't turn on when plugged into 2005 LLY

I was taking my truck in for service this morning, so I set the tune back to stock and it worked perfectly. I got the truck back and went to install the 65 hp tune back on and when I plugged the predator into the OBD II port the predator will not even light up anymore. Are there any fuses/voltages I can check to make sure that the port is working? Any help with what could be wrong with the tuner/OBD II port is greatly appreciated.

Turns out, the cigarette lighter and the OBD II port come off the same fuse. I found that fuse blown, and replaced it. It works like a charm now.
