Version 8 Update Headache!!!

I've been running my version 7 for a while and was happy with the results, but noticed a version 8 update for my 7170. I meticulously performed the update only to get the "vehicle is not in our database" when I went to set the vehicle back to the "new and improved" performance settings. Now I wished I had left "well enough alone". What a pain!
I even tried to download the version 7 link here on the forum, but the link was not valid! Imagine that...another dead end!
I'm VERY frustrated with the product now! And I'm having to drive using the stock settings...not good!
It gives me a VNAB1YA code for a free upgrade...how does this work? I'm sure it's gonna cost me somehow...it already has...

We are working hard on fixing this with a new revision for all U7170 Predators.
I'll be sure to let everyone know the minute it becomes available.
