Invalid tune file using SD Card

Hello

I have some problems with my trinity this last week, it seems that the USB port is not working anymore, i tried with 2 different cables and 2 different laptops and the same result just a white screen!!!! anyway i will send it to fix later, but for now I want to test a new custom tune in the car, an my only option to load it is with a SD Card (2Gb). the trinity reads the SD ok BUT...I get an "Invalid tune File" error when selecting " Install Custom tune" from the SD card options.

I read in one of the forums that i need to use the DS downloader advance tunning option, to save the files in the correct format, but no more info about it! could somebody please help me giving me a step by step info about how to load the CMRs correctly on the SD card???

open dsdl, go to advanced tuning, and click add tune.
once it is in the list, click save to disc, and it will create a file that you will be able to load onto the SD card.

DOne! thanks mike! the tune now is in the car! but all the old custom tunes disappeared from the trinity!!! also my custom PIDs like the AEM wideband! any suggestion?. Or do i need to recongifure evrything?

Did you update the tuner?

try selecting your exact vehicle again...
