Please update it to the latest GM J1850 crom before you do anything with that truck!!

Also, go to options/set sleep monitoring and change it to 30 seconds, let me know ;)

Okay, I have been watching the forums for the past month and this is my first time writing on the forum but I was having the EXACT same issue with my Trinity as budlun. I have a 2005 Silverado 1500 LS 4x4 Extended Cab with the 5.3L HO motor and the Trinity was draining my battery as well. I know somewhere on the forums there was another individual that had an 2003 Sierra with the same issue also but he just returned his and the "tech guy" said that they could not recreate the issue. I really like the Trinity but it's kinda pointless to have bought an expensive version of the Predator if I cannot leave it plugged in. Sorry to hijack your thread budlun but I thought this would be the best place to get our issue fixed. Thank You!

I also have a 2003 GMC 2500HD with 6.0 and battery drainage. I have tried everything and called the company about it 5 weeks ago. I even tried changing the sleep mode to the full 1 minute and it will drain my brand new 1000cca battery in 3 days. I just unplugged it for the time being but hate that I wasted $500 on this tuner that I can't keep plugged in. Please keep us updated!

we'll get it sorted out, I just need a vehicle here that has the issue.

My 99 Camaro can sit with the Trinity plugged in for 4 days with no issue (tried it before we released this ;) )

I've been waiting over a month. About how long does it usually take? Seems like there are a million GMC 6.0 out there. Also, I only drive my truck on the weekend. I would like something that will not drain the battery in a week. 3 or 4 days may work for people with only one daily driver but for me, I just use my truck for hauling.

I have an 03 Hummer H2 just added the trinity, before a Vegas trip. Installed the Trinity and the battery was dead the second morning, thought it was just an old battery so got a new optima yellow top.

On the trip we were driving the H2 every day of a 6 day trip and no battery issues, then when we got home the H2 sat for 2 days and the battery was completely dead again. Unplugged the trinity and no problems. Plugged in in and same thing, seems to drain the battery over 2-3 days.

yeah... don't leave it plugged in all the time... or, set the sleep/monitoring setting to the max of 60 seconds.

I had the same issue with a customers truck, ended up putting a relay on the power side of the aldl connector to turn it off with the key.

After I did that, no more issues
