Mikel-Can you ask your sales dept-When on the 5.7 Hemi Prg?

I've noticed a lot of "flaming" going on this forum over the past week about the delay of the 5.7 Hemi programmer. People out there are getting upset both at DiabloSport and their resellers for not being able to provide a product on time.
AND then after failing to meet the deadline the first time, DiabloSport apparently is going to miss the re-announced Aug 31st deadline.
After reading all that seems to be going on a simple question of "when" keeps getting asked and keeps never getting answered.
The moderator's of this forum are saying they are support and not sales. So I have a simple question that perhaps you can pass onto your sales people on behalf of all us 100's of 5.7 Hemi Predator Programmer pre-orders as to when an ETA will be? Maybe ask them for an official statement towards it's progress of "retesting" and release to put us now upset customers at ease?
Trust me when we say, we (the upset customers) have emailed sales and called them, to basically get no answer their either. However, there must be someone within the DiabloSport Company that has a clue as to it's answer, and we're all pretty sure that you - Mike - know possibly who that person is - or can pass the question onto someone else who does. Can you please ask them to provide some sort of substantiated answer, or ETA, or even an official statement towards it's progress to help us "worry worts" quit worrying.
I understand this falls outside of your "support" duties of this forum, but we would all be greatly appreciated if you could get this question to the correct people for us, to help us get some "info". This bit of extra effort on your part would not go un-noticed by any of us. I know the resellers who are getting hounded as well, would also show some appreciation towards you for getting this answered as they are most likely fielding 100's of more complaints daily than what you actually see on this forum.
It's not their (the resellers) fault for offering pre-sales, I mean they have to, as DiabloSport sales requirements from those resellers are so high for them to retain their resellers status (30K a year I think is what I read in your policies). So in-directly, DiabloSport does have to hinder some of the blame for all the complaints. I mean you did offer an initial release date of Jul 31st and missed that, and now are basically (well so far anyway) offering no insight into as when the actual date will be.
I know you don't have our money, and I know the companies who sell your products - well quite frankly, you could care less what their business practices are, as long as you make a sale to them - but you have no control over them. But you should realize those companies who sell your products are actually viewed as "representatives" of your product, and when they look bad, you look bad! I mean that's Marketing 101 type stuff.
I'm not asking for you get an answer today for this question, but I am asking if today, you can pass that question onto the people who may be able to provide us an answer or at least something on it? Keep in mind, the longer the delay into getting the answer, unfortunately, the worse DiabloSport's Company image gets.
I mean "I don't know", just doesn't seem to cut it. Especially when people have already paid your resellers for this, and the resellers keep telling us to contact you people to get a more direct answer! I mean what else are the resellers suppost to be telling us?
It's not your (DiabloSport) fault they (the resellers) pre-sold the item to us, but it's not their (the resellers) fault either that DiabloSport completely messed up and missed the initial release date, and are now refusing to give a new release date - That's all on DiabloSport's shoulders. All we as consumers want is a simple answer to a simple question (when?) that we all know that someone in DiabloSport knows the answer to. Can you help us Mike to find that person so we can get an answer.
