Can't connect

For some reason I can't seen to connect, I not really sure what the problem is,
I'm not really good with the computer, the message says something like it can't find the hand held,,, can some one give me a step by step,
I have a 2011 Silverado

need to check your usb cable port settings in the Windows Device Manager....


hook up the cable and predator to your pc...

go into Windows Device Manager...

go to the com ports section.. find your cable listing.. double click on it to bring up the properties window...

go to the Ports tab...

make sure bits per second is set to 115200...

click the Advanced button..

make sure the com port is set to 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5...

click on OK on all the windows to exit out...


should be good to go...

Yes the 7194 is correct for the Predator BUT you will get transmission support with the Trinity and soon with the inTune also.
