Received my new intune for christmas, i registered it ok. Tried three different computers and all three are asking for a cd disk for drivers. It is telling me it cannot do anything else without these drivers. Anyone else have this problem? :?:

Sorry about that, I misread your initial post...................What specific drivers is it asking for. There was a topic on here about that exact error. Maybe you can find your answer there.

Xcounrty, did you figure your problem out? The drivers are on the inTune itself, you shouldn't need a CD.

I emailed tech support and they told the same thing about the drivers and to call them about the -(5)problem. I called was on hold for 50minutes got to listen to lots of music. Gave up after i turn the key on just like the instructions say the message pcm calibration update has been loaded it will now be installed- press continue. I press it and (-5) an error occured while initializing the calibration update. I think i'll send it back!

One of the tech guys said they currently working on a fix for the error, I would give that a Little bit of time before sending it back, I have my tune installed and it is a new truck but I understand being frustrated with something not working like it should.

Give 'em some time to get it taken care of. This is a brand new tuner and there are going to be bugs. Don't give up on it yet.

Wow 50 minutes? I've had a guy on the line within a minute of calling tech support everytime. Remember its new and its frustrates us but these guys are proven over the years. Remember most people rant about trouble on forums and not so much about problem free experience so it may seem like its a problematic company or device. I have faith and three more weeks on my retailer return policy.
