2011 EXT TCM-Shiftfirmness not working?

I spoke to Lew after he fixed the hard lanching issue with WOT, thanks Lew. It seems like I have never been able to change the shift firmness in a way that I can actually feel the change. I have tried firm and now currently HARD options and doesn't seem to change anything. Here are the two crom files I have used and the last one is the one current on my trinity.

trinity_gm_can_gas-1r08h_update

trinity_gm_can_gas_1t08hl_update_786

Maybe there is a bug or I am smoking something or both

after you installed that new crom revision update, you then reselected your vehicle/engine right?

go to options / show information and what does it show for the version/revision it's on?

I will check tonight. Yes I did reselect my vehicle. I am pretty sure when I did check it was the last file I posted above. The 1t08hl. But I will check again tonight to confirm it.

Either two of the above I have seem to think it doesn't have any effect on the shift firmness. But the programer has the 1t08hl in it right now.

I just updated the tool yesterday, and still doesn't do anything no matter which option I pick, hard or firm or stock shifting. It always shifts the same.

I will try it. The question is why didn't any of the options change the shifting firmness? I like to be able to change them when I want to. I wasn't sure if there is something wrong with my tranny or TCM... I assume everyone else can change their tranny options and they work, so I figured it was an issue with my vehicle/tranny. Any special way to use the tune above, I have only used an engine tune, not a tranny tune. And if I think it shift to hard what options do I have? Also I wanted to leave on my TM on 100 percent as I have a heavy truck. I want firm shifts but don't want to risk the tranny life by removing TM.
