I have a 99 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L A friend of mine is getting rid of his predator because he bought it for the wrong car. It however is right for mine, but if he tried it on his car did the device become "married" as the book calls it, to his car?
If it did is there anyway to start the device over. Or if I tried the device on my car would it F the engine up so I can't drive it anymore?
On a side note I haven't bought the Predator yet which is also why I'm asking. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

if he never loaded the diablo tune to his car, then there is no problem. I doubt that if it was the wrong car the predator would've married with his car. however, if it did. he needs to re-installed his original back up to his car, then the predator will be ready to be used by some else again.

alright thanks. I've already played with it some and I will most assuredly buy it. Flat tires though have a way of crippling the testing process.

Correct. As long as your buddy did not put a tune in his car you should not have a problem.
