ok, I got the new intune and was able to backup stock tune and install the 91 octane in my 2010 camaro ss, since then i cant seen to get the programer to load up, wether i use usb on the computer or the obd in the car, the red working bar dont load up all the way, it seems that it starts loading, the red bar on the bottom of the screen moves up to the "o" in sport and it gets stuck there.
what if any options do i have since i cant log or reinstall original backup?
No matter how many times i try to reboot the tuner it still seems to get stuck in the same spot with any of the connections

Seems a lot are having this same problem with this tuner,count me in mine is doing the same thing.
