U7180 v1.11 Injector Balance Rates

I recently purchased a new DiabloSport Predator model u7180. It has software version 1.11 currently. Couple questions:

Will this software version allow me to monitor my injector balance rates?
If I send the programmer in to you to perform the hardware/software updates what are the benefits? Will the performance programs change? Will it monitor injector balance rates?

When you say new.....how new?
That tool is at least 4 or 5 years old.

Balance rates should be there, yes.
Hardware upgrade gets you logging rather than live data viewing, and makes the tool internet updateable.

I purchased it a week ago. It wasn't VIN locked and I tuned my truck tonight. But it only had 2 tunes. 55 and 100 hp. Must have been sitting on a shelf for awhile.

Having trouble getting the tuner to adjust my tire size. I modified the factory tire size and the actual tire size. But today I turned on my gps and the speedo was still off by 7%. Any suggestions?
