What is the best crom for fuel mileage? u7165

My cal is vxbc9f2 for the u7165 v. 9r13 2004 f-250 6.0 diesel with the icp sensor on the valve cover and now running a 4 in turbo back no cat rbp exhaust system. I also have the updated blue spring fuel pressure regulator. I run the 65 hp tune have not see a good improvement in the mileage. I get around 14 us mpg before the tune and after I am still in the 14 ish mpg. What is the best older crom and how do I get it? I use around 25 gallons and get around 350 miles out of a tank. Please help

In another post Dawgman talks about his loss of mileage with 9r14, he also talked about custom tunes from Buck working good for him. What was done to improve 9r14 over 9r13? How do you get custom tunes from Buck and what is the cost.

Buck helped me back in May 2011, and my truck had the older flash (VXCF4D3)....BUT since I had to get a new FICM a week ago, my mileage has gone to total crap with stock tune. Now I'm trying 9r14 Performance with my new FICM and flash (VXCF9DA).

I wonder now if Ford has just screwed me forever as far as fuel mileage goes, or will the 9r14 prove me wrong?

9r14 is designed around that new FICM flash, so you should be in good shape.

I have been running the performance tune since Feb., and have averaged around 16.2 mpg's. I'm now trying the extreme tune.

That Crom is just about a year old, are you not supporting/making new Crom's for the U7165?
