Yes wideband for analog..

And 2 PID per page with a total of 4 pages..

Most common pid is AFR with boost or AFR with STKnock

there is some rhyme or reason to certainpids aiding in this issue.

I tested it for days and was unable to reproduce it, then Duster gave me a layout he uses, I loaded it, and was able to get the issue almost immediately.

it is on the list of things to get fixed here for sure.

I can reproduce it with any selection of PIDs. What seems to vary is how much ignition off time is required to make it happen. Never seems to be more than 10 minutes, though, and times of less than 5 minutes often makes it not happen at all. Also, the Trinity will do this right in the middle of a logged run, and it often seems to happen during the first high RPM/high load event of the log. Instead of a HALT MONITORING message, you will get a 'Save Recorded Data? Yes/No' message.

I changed my layout seems to be doing it less ..at first I had 2 medium digital guages per page it was happening every 5 minutes now iam doing the same but adding a small digital and its doing less frequently,.

I wonder if certain layouts/backrounds/PIDS is causing the issue?

The list of things of things ??what does that meen?? So basically it hasnt been a big enough issue for you guys to fix?
It seems to me that you guys are more worried about putting out new products and making money instead of repairing a product that has a problem and is causing alot of unhappy customers!!

Obviously this issue is been going on for a while..
You guys should get going on your list

I'll upload some layouts that definitely give issues this week.

I reported this back in April of 2011 when the last update came out...
The apostrophe does not mean "Look out, here comes an S"!

"I couldn't care less" means it is impossible to care less - "I could care less" just makes you look stupid.

Believe that Mike indicated at one point that things got 'broken' on this last update. Almost a year on, it would be nice to get this fixed once and for all!

Layout attached. This one works well for what I need, but will lock the DST up every time.

Anything more on this? I have some software feature requests for Trinity that I think would be both straightforward to implement and would really enhance the product, but I don't even want to go there until this bug, introduced on one of the last updates, is tackled.

Know you guys are busy working on Ford inTune, but would be great if we could revisit this. This issue cropped up at the 1R08 update, so it would seem finding the issue would not be that terribly difficult or time consuming. There is a thread on srtforums.com that this issue is being discussed right now, and the potential is an explosive backlash. As one of you dealers, I don't want this to impact myself or DS. Please at least engage the conversation.
