intune stuck in recovery mode

has anyone else has this issue and how do you fix it? its seriously starting to piss me off. when i say continue when it says its still in recovery mode it proceeds to say "the last tune failed to install, the original backup will now be restored to the vehicle". i then click the green check mark and it acts like its going to load and then it says "an error occurred while restoring Original Backup".....WTF is going on here? thanks! only thing ive done to the car since was install a slim battery, but that wouldnt mess anything up, would it? car still starts up and runs fine.

after tryin again to load the original back up, the intune acts like its gonna load it but then it restarts itself

Is EVERYTHING that did not come in the vehicle from the factory disconnected, fuse pulled?

only thing not factory right now is the head unit

2. i went to adjust the tune because i had KR and it wouldnt load the tune, then it proceeding to get stuck in recovery mode

5. i called the other day, got the password to reset the tuner, got a update from online as i was told, reconnected it back to the car and it went straight back into recovery mode. i will be calling again today to hopefully figure out a solution.

This same thing is happening to my vehicle. I have an 07 yukon denali xl, 6.2, gas. It too is stuck in recovery mode and cant load original tune to vehicle. It fails to install every time. MY vehicle wont even start and had to leave it at work. BTW been on hold wed. morning for 1 hour now. I have had the intune for a couple of months with no major problems until now. This all happened simply because i was trying to change tunes for a diablo tune to a mpg booster tune due to rising gas prices!!! Please help I need my vehicle.

My intone is stuck in recovery mode after it failed to restore original backup. I was unable to register because the internet went out. Please help my 2014 dodge ram w/electronic shift will not start

2011 Silverado 1500

Same problem. Cannot load original back up file. Upload gets to 93% and it crashes. Truck stuck in a limp mode. It will start and stay running but it will only drive in what seems like 3rd gear.
