NM, evidently this is another InTune error I guess...moderators????? log file was an invalid format....?????

What is the error? The inTune doesn't need to be plugged into the truck. Just drag the log file off the inTune onto your computer and open it with DataViewer.

I either get 'command not supported' or 'invalid format'

Are you trying to run a log on the InTune or on the computer? Like gizmodo said, pull the log off the InTune so that the software is running the log file off the computer and not having to read the data off of the InTune.

On the comp. I got it now, using the icons to bring it to the DV threw errors so I tried the good ole drag and drop method and it worked.

I cant remember if it worked directly off the InTune pumped to the DV, not sure I even tried. I just figured it would run smoother off the computers HD. Glad you got it to work.

It works sometimes...like right now the Intune is plugged into the computer and powered up but after 20 minutes the DV still hasnt found it...

Yeah, its all installed...the DV is just pissy about finding it sometimes.
