So I took my 99 corvette to Gm and put the factory tune back on. After getting it back from Gm I attempted to install the Sport tune back on but I turned the ignition on to late and the tune would never load. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it just says "the last tune did not finish. the original will be restored, and asks to restore and when you hit yes it says...""" "unable to restore original tune, pleas take note of the following: Unknown""""
So I towed it to Gm and they said the computer was fried...
So after $500 later and new computer installed in car, how can I reset the tuner? and How do I know it won't fry it again?
Thanks

RE: Fried my computer
Before you called GM you should have called DiabloSport. Most likely the computer wasn't fried and they could have forced a stock cal on it. Now you gotta call them anyway, with proof the computer was replaced and they can talk you through the reset.
RE: Fried my computer
Gm couldn't even make contact with my computer, yeah I've got my receipt from Gm... Will I need to fax or email it to them?

RE: Fried my computer
definitely wasn't fried
cant kill those PCMs, they just didn't try hard enough.
yes, fax us a copy of the receipt to 561-908-0048 then call within an hour or so with the tool powered up and we'll unlock it for you.
BTW, what is the revision onthe Predator before we go too far here?
