2009 silverado 1500 6.2 liter factory backup issues

just recieved my trinity a few days ago and went through the installation process on my pc the tool updated all the software and said it was ready for use. I installed the trinity to my truck and went through and told the trinity what my truck was and then went to install the diablo tune. the tool saved my factory backup and then installed the diablo tune with no issues. after thisi tried to put my factory tune back in with the key on engine off the tool says thay my factory backup is currupt and wont install? attached a copy of my factory file i transfered from the trinity thought it may help

simple fix, its due to the TCM being unsupported.

please plug the tool into the truck and then give us a call and we'll help you restore the stock tune.

okay thanks i figured you guys would have an answer im sure this is a dumb question as well but what number do i call
