"EXIT CALLED"

Just got my inTune back from Diablosport becasue it erased my computer in my Mustang. I plug it in to my 2010 Dodge Charger R/T and I get the error, "EXIT CALLED!!!" Anybody have a clue what that means??? This is getting frustrating!! Haven't had it back a day yet and already having another issue.

have you updated the tool since you got it back?
We released a new update yesterday...

what menu do you get that error on?
can you go to the tool info menu and get vehicle info?

Haven't done the update. I get that error if I attempt to adjust parameters, tune vehicle or scan tool. Will the update fix this?

Its asking me for credit card info... Can I submit the RMA form without entering that information?

you wont be charged for anything as long as you have a copy of the receipt.
