intune freezes

When i got my intune couple days ago it worked perfectly fine set up tunes and data logging worked fine. Last night I tried plugging it into my car again and after I pressed write tune>tune vehicle it says insert key to on position. Do not start engine. I do so then it freezing on that black screen with the little circle loading image. It does the same when i go to data logging or even when i click restore vehicle. Right after it says start vehicle to on position it will go to the black loading screen and freeze

what vehicle is this?

was the tool recently update by chance?

2010 dodge charger RT
and yes firmware version is 1r01h
it has been working fine till last night when i tried modifying a tune and it wouldnt load past that screen.

thanks, called customer service earlier. talked to a rep and he walked me through, gave me a password to reset registery and force calibration. after doing so i was able to re download the update from my computer and re tune my vehicle thnks for the help
