intune doesn't work

Hi. I bought new intune, connected it to PC and occurs nothing. Intune joins and the strip of loading stops on the middle. on PC occurs nothing and appears. Tried some PC and some cables. What shall I do?

i am having the same problem, i just bought mine and it arrived yesterday. when i opened it up and connected it to the laptop, it showed a loading screen and then nothing happened. i tried to program my ram 1500 and it told me my truck wasnt supported. what the hell is going on????????????

so...............if i have to fill out the rma form does this mean that the programmer is scrap???? i really, and i mean really need this tuner so that i can install the long tubes, y-pipe and try to get my truck to run until i can reach a dyno shop. its my daily driver and i cant afford to have it down more than a weekend

ok guys i finally got my intune working thanks to the support from diablo. all i needed to do was to connect my tuner to the laptop when it was telling me my pcm calibration wasnt supported and it did the rest. so if you have the same issue use your wifi and connect the intune to the vehicle and the laptop at the same time. then enjoy!!!!
