saving issue

this is dave from eld performance i have bought a new laptop and down loaded new cmr software to it but im having issues saving files. it wont allow me to save changes to any of the tunes im writing. i can burn tunes and make changes to the tunes and it will go thru the whole process of saving the tune but when i go to reopen the tune the changes would be gone. is there anything im missing? if so please help

view/set path settings/change the path for the 'tunes' to single / from the double // and click OK.
