unable to find calibration update msg and error , pls help

when i start intune cd driver and the app starts to check for internet for calibration updates , a msg appears unable to find calibration update please contact tech support for help , then a 2nd msg appears an error as occurred please unplug your intune and try again , i unluged it for so many times the same msg's appears, also i lost my car original tunning stock backup after the new update . but i got a copy of it stored in my my pc i'll send a copy to your support team e-mail to restore it , can you help about how to fix this problem , i've attached a pictures of the msg's when it appears .

what revision is your tool on now and what year make model vehicle do you have.
please go to settings/tool info/firmware to determine or post up your info.xml file.

okay i checked my tool my revision is 1r01i
my car is camaro ss 2010 6.2L
i have posted my info xml file .

i need the same fix
