and loaded diablo tune.Today I saw that TCM is available so I tried to restore my factory tune in order to set it on computer and download the update.When I hooked the unit up it started smelling like burned plastic,it said that it's in recovery mode and will back the factory tune in.But it can't,and the circle goes around.The vehicle runs but I think it has diablo tune.I tried to do the computer hook up but it fails to download the driver.There is intune file F that I'll try to post the pic of.

BTW when it's sent back can the diablo tune be updeted to the TCM control version?

well,it's been 2 weeks now,just got my in tune back from repair.
It boots ok,but then it doesn't recognize the VIN for either modify or reinstall stock tune.When I check the firrmware it says there is no data for any vehicle.I think the tool is basically empty?Also the version is 1o1 instead the new one.
What to do now?????

please drag/drop the cd rom file to the intune drive first, let it reboot, then the 1r01i file to the intune drive, let it reboot, then it will download all of the needed files.

Mikel,I did the above-will try in the vehicle in the morning.
You do know that before it was sent for repair the diablo tune was in the car....

here is the file in it now,as I said will try in the morning.
What concerns me ,there is NO VIN # here.....FWIW

big improvement mikel!
now the unit goes thru all the steps ,but when it tries to back up,it says that the vehicle has been tuned by diablo before-so basically I lost the stock tune!
2008 corvette base.
what we do now?

let it save that file, then email it to me please or post it here.
