After warranty repair my Predator still does not work.

I purchased my predator in September of last year. Used it for about 3 weeks then reinstalled my stock tune for the winter. This spring I updated my tool, tried to install a performance tune. I kept getting a PCM error message. I then called tech support 5 times in May. Each time I called, they were very helpfully in trying to resolve my issue. In my last phone call with then, I was told to return the tool for warranty repair, which I did,

I finally got my predator back today after a month of waiting and I sill can't install a tune. I still have the same PCM error message -1 That is the reason I sent the tool in for repair in the first place. They did a forced calibration update, I don't know why, that was done on the phone with tech support.

So for I have spent for the initial cost of the tool plus $54.00 to ship it for repair and I had to pay Fex-ex $12.00 to have it delivered to my home. Which totals to $427.84 and I still don't have a tool that works.
Now what !!! it's obvious that the warranty work had not been done properly. Well Diablo Sport reimburse for the money I spent on the Predator or well they provide me with a new tool?

Sorry for the long winded message, but this is very frustrating for me. I just want this thing fixed. How do we resolve this issue ?

We tested the heck out of it, it worked on any PCM or vehicle we could find...got any non stock electronics in the truck?

No aftermarket electronics or mechanical accessories.The vehicle is 100% stock,less a K&N air filter.
So where do we go from here ?

I called tech support today and was dealing with Bas. I have to admit, He is excellent in his people skills. After a few minutes of conversation with him, he suggested that we should give it a try as he thought he might have an idea what the problem with my predator might be. He fixed what everyone else could not. The tool is working perfectly. I feel like a weight has been lifted off me. I'm extremely happy with the way I had been treated and I'm impressed with his knowledge. A big high 5 to Bas and thank you.
