? I've tried every day w/ a new diff log. You think it could be my computer OS? I tried on my lap top w/ Vista and it couldn't find the device.

i am having the same issue. The intune will not allow me to view the datalog nor will the latest dataviewer read the datalog. says it is an unsupported file. what is the fix?

copy the saved data log file from the intune to your PC's harddrive... then open the file from your harddrive...
I've had an intune since beta testing it, and have never had a problem with the dataviewer and log files...
copy it from the intune to your harddrive, then open it from your harddrive not the intune, no issues...
