I have Trinity t1000 part #6JWPJCF / 2005 GMC 2500hd 6.0 gas

Purchased May 4/2012

Yesterday I tried it in my truck , the unit will not pass the locked screen saying "An internal update has been installed that requires a reboot".

And keeps saying
"An internal update has been installed that requires a reboot.
Please unplug your Trinity briefly to cycle the power.(1)"

And now it just keeps saying that. Won't connect to the car, won't connect to the computer.

I live in Canada, what would you suggest I do RMA or take it back to the dealer I bought it from Please help

Thanks

See if the dealer will take it back. For Canadians thats always a better option since shipping and duties are pretty high.

It would be very unpleasant for a product has to award the. I just Quebec... What I can do. Thank

I just had this happen to me as well with the current update on my 2011 Ram 1500 5.7 and looks like my only option is to RMA. I was just trying to return my truck to stock and it froze up for quite a while so I unplugged it for a reboot. It looks like I don't have a back-up for my OEM tune anymore after I had to re-format my laptop recently. Is getting it back a lost cause and I'm now going to have to get the PCM re-flashed at the dealer?

Thanks
