high fans kick in when in park but not when in gear

okay i noticed this last night. i have set the settings for the fan temps to those of the stock program of my car (since i have a stock thermostat) and when i am at an idle in gear the high fans dont kick in but when i put it into park the fans kick on high almost immediately. whats going on here. i never had the fans kick on like that when just parking for less than a minute. there is no fluxuation in temps so its not like it hits the trigger temp in that split second and the temps here are nice and low highs in the 50s

your going to need to change our your thermostat. that has fixed the problems for people i know. drop down to a 180 thermostat and that will get rid of the fans running at all times. tc01
