MY INTUNE

I really don't understand. I hear about all these custom tunes that you can install with the intune but i haven't been able to find any of them. for example: installing a tune for CAI, 180DEG TSTAT. 93 OCTANE TUNE mine only offers 87 and 91 octane they don't even have 91 octane fuel around where i live . can someone please inform me where i can find all these tunes or how to get to them. i just want to get the the best performance i can out of my 2006 GC limited 5.7L

None of these Tuners come with any "custom tunes". Sounds like you misunderstood something someone may have said.

The "Diablosport Tune" is the 93oct tune & the "CAI Tune" is the 93oct tune with a CAI. As for the 180deg T-stat that is in the additional settings. You will also find the firmer shifts, Reset TCM adaptation, etc.

As for the 91 tune, you can run a 93 in the tank with the 91 tune. You can always run a higher octane on your tune but never run lower.

Custom tunes are for people who need to adjust for more extreme mods like heads, cams, SC, TC, ect.

You don't need to have any mods. to have a custom tune done. Custom tunes are for anyone who wants to go above and beyond the cookie cutter tunes supplied on the tuner. These canned tunes are designed to work across the board with the same engine/tranny combination. A custom tune is tailored specifically to your vehicle and how it acts. Getting a custom tune done is much better than a regular canned tune. There are no two engines that act exactly the same.

Really the only thing i'm trying to do is see if there is something wrong with the tuner or if i'm over looking something. it only
offers three "canned tunes" 87 octane, 91 octane and diablo sport tune. the only parameters it lets me into is MDS, ABS, IDLE
WOT BOOST, SPARK. those are the only options i get. What i want to know is how do i get to all the other settings
93 octane tune, cold air intake tune, change tstat settings, change shift firmness,that is what they advertise that it will do
for the JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED 5.7L.just trying to get as much out of it as i can until the money can be saved
for the major modifications:supercharger,throttle body, intake, heads, cam, suspension, then i will give tuner to family member
for his durango to get better MPG

The Diablo tune is the 93 octane tune. Mopar trucks don't get CAI tunes. They don't lean out, so its not necessary. The T-stat settings are the fans, which will be in Modify Tune.

Each application is different and they don't all get all the adjustments.
