the tool should allow you to save a copy of the backup file so you can send it to us for support to be added.

ok i going to try it!! but when i choose the write option, the programmer give me the message of "contact diablosport

it wont write, it will just read/save the stock tune.

men, when I choose the write option the tool say "the vehicle is not supported, contact Diablosport" i can not make the copy of the stock tune....

What can i do??

the vin you provided is incorrect, can you repost it?
or just post the actual info.xml file from the intune drive please
