I plugged my intune in for available updates. It appeared to run, update and reboot correctly but when I plugged it into my 08 Silverado 1500 it and tried to apply tune, it came up Vin Database Error. I plugged back into my PC to reupdate. The intune image is up on screen and says it is applying updates and not to unplug. Has been on this for 30min. is this normal. Also, I I was a bit late in noticing that I was supposed to restore the stock tune first. I thought this would be an easy thing but i am about to go crazy. Please! Any help would be appreciated!

this tool had some pretty old software onit, and needed a bunch of updates, totally normal for it to take that long.
