"Unable to find calibration update" error

I just purchased a diablo intune i1000 for my 2008 charger r/t and I'm having some trouble. I ran updates when I first received the device. The next day I attempted to use the device on my vehicle, but I received a message saying that a calibration update may be needed, so I press the checkmark and it informed me to connect to a PC to get an update. choosing the x just says that me vehicle isn't supported. Now when connecting to my PC to run intune.exe I'm presented with the "Unable to find calibration update" error. Attached is my xml file if needed.

New intune owner, having same problem. I'm not sure if I am updating the device correctly. Where do the files need to be dropped that I download from your site?

Hey DS,

I too am having the "unable to find calibration update". I unmarried the intune from my jeep, and tried to program my 2004 Ford e250. I had checked your site before hand and it listed my year Ford as programmable. No biggie if it's not supported, I just wanted to try the mileage tune. Thanks for the help.
