Please help... How do I read logs to make adjustments

Post by SRTGR8T »

I have a 2012 Chrysler srt8 equipped with an 87mm throttle body, LMI true cold air intake, and now a trinity. I only use BP gas (super 93) so I installed the 93 tune, the car felt stronger but actually ran a bit slower than before the tune, so I took a 10 min ride and logged it, I'm pretty sure I have to adjust the gas but not really sure how to read the gauge logs, people on the forum are talking about kr, I don't see that I see knk lt and knk st and the knk st retard it seemed to move from 0.00 about every 10 seconds and below it during this 10 min ride it says 0.00/ 4.00 deg, am reading this right, also how do I read misfires, and should I make adjustments to throttle booster or anything else due to the existing mods? Please help if you have any knowledge

Black painted roof - tinted windows, windshield, & tail lamps - magnaflow exhaust
Staggard Goodyear super car tires - billet oil catch can - Trinity tune

That's the longest sentence I've ever seen.

Alot of people have st/kr {short term knock retard} at shift points but You don't want to see any lt/kr {long term kr} You should use the gauge set that says "07 and up tunner". watch st/kr lt/kr desired FAR { fuel air ratio}. You might be too lean with Your mods and Your car because the winter blend gas has less heat energy. I have richened My challenger srt8 +10 +10 +5 and still see some st/kr Max 1.5 desired FAR some times reads 10.8 . I think that winter blend fuel is the problem.
