Trinity Update

Hey guys, just bought a Trinity T1000 for my Dodge Hemi and I have downloaded the drivers and downloader tool to my PC, everything opens up, and finds the com port with tool.

I get a "you should register your product" message which I click 'ok' input all my info and hit "register" I get an error message "server response was 'unable to update registration information for serial '6K1US0A' (querry error)"

now I have gone out to my truck, plugged in the tuner, and I get a message saying this things needs an update, which I knew it would, when I come back in and connect the unit to my pc nothing happens, I don't get the automatic loader for the update, So back on teh downlaoder tool, I click on the "update tool" button it opens up a window but I have no clue what it is looking for to update??

When I go to your website and go under downloads for the tool, I enter my serial number and I get a red error saying my tool isn't registered.

it may be saying that your TRUCK needs the update...

what is the exact message you're getting?
