My 300C 2012 HEMI 5.7 luxury edition is not supported !!

Hi,

Finally, I got my Trinity today and updated with (trinity_dcx_gas-1r09d_update.crom).

the issue that when I select my car (Chrysler - 300 - 5.7) and tried to tune it i stuck with the message

"Trinity dcx_gas does not
support
Calid: 68139881AC
Tool update might be available"


please advice, i tried to call Diablosport support number and i waited for more than 50 min without answering !!

No shit nobody answered! Its the second most important holiday of the year in the US. Theres a post on the top of each page that says they're closed until Monday.

well.

i got caught with the same issue. my car was bricked by their flapping new 'd' file. even worse bricking than the first time. the 'b' dcxgas file worked perfectly each and every time i flashed.. WHY WHY WHY? WHAT HAVE YOU CHANGED IN THE NEW REVISIONS TO MAKE MY CAR BRICK???? getting frustrated that i tried out this shit at the beginning of a long holiday with no prospect of any help till next week.

called up and waited almost 1 hr! before i found out it was a holiday in the US

their answering phone should have been turned off and not allowed people to hang on.

they do sell their products all over the world.... so cant expect the rest of the world to know about the US public holidays.

though i did miss the posting about them being closed till monday. my bad that.
