Need help ASAP- Cant start my car - Trinity issue

I tried to return my car to stock backup with the trinity and it wont do it. Cycles through but then says write failed. Cycles through again and then i got an error that says PCM error unlock for reflash (-18). I need help My car wont run and I need to drive 250 miles to Indiana early tomorrow. Help please.

That car isn't going anywhere early tomorrow. You gotta call Tech Support when they open (~9:00am EST) and they'll walk you through getting it going again. Usually takes about an hour from what I'm hearing.

i had your problem when i first tried to tune the car. fortunately for you. it can be fixed quite easily over the phone. does involve a few steps and passwords etc but doable. dont stress.

I have a same proplem . we need the Solutions becouze not all people undestanding a good english and thats a world company .

There's no way to document the solution as it requires exchanging information between you and DiabloSport to unlock the tuner and reset a bunch of stuff. The process is the same, but the passcode/numbers are different for everyone.

Well I've only had the new Trinity for half a day and after reading this forum I'm not game to plug the damn thing in. Maybe the 'f' version will stand for 'fixed' rather than 'f**............... you get the idea.

I used to have every confidence in Diablosport when I had my predator with the Gen I 300. Sad to say that's gone down the drain now.

i dont know about this, since their are still people having the same issues.
i wish i was closer to you guys so you could use my car. my car never disappoints to disappoint. my car would give you what your looking for soon as you try to upload a tune, i dont care what version it is. thats why after 2 b versions and 1 d version i have not bothered plugging it back in.

1r09e has been up for less than a week. It's going to take longer than that to convince me there's no issues.

^ It's workin on mine!! Just loaded 1r09e + shift firmness on my 2012 RT Max without issue. This is my first attempt with tuning on this car. I notice the greater throttle response, quicker shifts under hard acceleration, and stronger mid-range power. So far so good. I want even MORE firmer shifts though!!

I have the trinity t1000 and just updated it and it now says error pcm unlock -1 when I try to install tune? 08 chrysler 300 C I first did the install of the 93 oct cai with modify for fan settings and shift firmness and throttle boost and it worked installed then I went back in and tried to modify tire size and it failed several times so I went in to check that the right vehicle was chosen and reentered the info I then restored the backup and started over but now get error pcm unlock -1??
