For GM Gas Intune users: DSLogRedux Version Update

Post by Grumpy_Aero_Guy »

New Version: 13.0.0

A User found a subtle issue in the software that you wouldn't notice unless you were trying to download and analyze Cat Over Temp issues at WOT relative to WOT AFR adjustment.

I have fixed the issue, and put the new version out there. If you are not having issues with the COT algorithm, there is no need to update, unless you want to.

First legit issue found since 2011 (subtle as it is).

You can get the DLs here:

http://dslogredux.com/download.html

where you COULD also donate to the cause. I mean, I GOTTA drink...I mean EAT. :evil_angel:

AS always, donations will NOT be turned away.....

Recently switched to the new inTune from Predator. Starting to dabble in logging again but I see that the intune log is saved as a .log file and dslogredux needs .csv Probably a stupid question but what do I need to do here? Does the Dataviewer still work with this? Oh and thanks for creating this great tuning tool. Cheers!

If I am not mistaken, open the log in dataviewer. From THERE, you can export it as a csv. That was the Predator approach. I am assuming the Intune takes the same approach...

yeah... you need to get the log file from the tool using diablo's DataViewer program..., once you have the log in the DataViewer, you would go to the top menu for File - Export to CSV to save the data log as a .csv file to your Windows PC harddrive... THEN you can open that .csv file in dslogredux....

BUT, keep in mind that dslogreduz does not take into account the intake air temp - so depending on that, you may actually need to keep your fuel trims a little on the positive side....
