2005 F350 runs terrible

I am working on a 2005 F350, production date 11/2004 with a 6.0L diesel and a 5r110w trans. It has 3.73 gears, 37x13.5R22LT Toyo MT Open Country tires. Its a 4x4 with stock turbo, stock injectors, 3” downpipe and 4” exhaust with muffler only. This truck has a K and N cold air intake and filter but it has no mass airflow sensor in the system. My issue is that when we were repairing some other problems in the truck we reprogrammed the FICM with the factory ford scan tool and it also reprogrammed the trans and the pcm. I didnt know about the Diablo program as the customer just bought the truck and he didnt know about it. It ran good before our reprogram and terrible after. It also has an EGR delete kit installed. I dont know what program was in it before but I need one to make this truck run. Thank you. Robert Groat. Anderson’s Transmission. I will attatch the files from the predator

have you tried any of the performance tunes?
the tune you exported is stock...

Thats my thought about the MAF but apparently there are some hd models that didnt come with MAF. It has a factory block off plug in the wiring harness. Havent tried a custom tune but that was my thought if I couldnt get the original predator tune back. I saw something about 100 HP tune before we got predator unlocked. I was thinking about getting a MAF and plugging it in and seeing if that fixes this tune. The predator was locked because of the factory reflash and our other tech Joel called you last week to get it unlocked. The truck runs better on the extreme program but is far from good. It also has turbo blow off noise in the airbox on decel whick wasnt there before the flash. Maybe this was a custom tune before, have no way of finding out. Thanks
