Freaking out charger RT 2012 bricked calibration keeps fail

On hold now 1 hour 29 mins ..... I need some help please I'm freaking out
2012 Charger RT updated in tune from pc went to car and calibration update failed 6 times already can't start car and I really need it for tomorrow
It gets to 99% fails then says in tune in recovery mode ... Please help I'm still on hold since before 6pm

Well I gave up on hold waited 1hr 45 mins until my cell battery died ... Idk what to do I never had any issues before with a diablo product I hope this is fixable my car is dead .. I'm back inside I plugged in my phone I call back an says closed so was I waiting on hold for nothing that whole time

I just wish I knew if it was going to be ok ... I've been reading that it can be reset over the phone if someone can confirm it would help me sleep tonight ... I really need the car by Friday I just hope I didn't do damage I still wanna tune this beast this experience hasn't made me wanna give up just wanna get it working

Dude, these guys are usually on the ball. I wonder if they closed up shop with you on hold and you were inadvertantly put into phone hell. I had an issue the other day and did the chat thing on the website and got an immediate answer from Mike. Then later I had an issue and emailed and Mike got back to me when I figured they would be closed. They probably have Blackberry's so maybe try that. Don't sweat it man, they will have you rolling in no time, these guys are good at what they do. They will email you a file that you put into the inTune through the computer, and all will be well.

So Did you pop out the push button start and try the key fob? Also when doing the calibration, do not cycle the key.. Just hit the green check boxes.

So I was doing all that cycling for no reason?!?! Mannnnnnn

Had to have the car flatbed to the dealer they couldn't re flash the ECU so they replaced it. Least I got the car back in one day really needed it for this holiday weekend .. I was so scared ... Now idk what to do, what if I try to tune again and it bricks the car thinking if I should sell the tuner or try again just so freaked out now

Are you sure about this? I cycled and worked fine. Have the same 2012 Charger R/T. If your right, cool I wont do it anymore. Just would like to get input from the DS crew.

I also, only had to do it for the initial calibration, once it was calibrated, I was able to key cycle it without issue after a tune install.

i thought only the Challenger has the pop out button? the Charger only has push button start..

Nope the 12 Durango has a push button too. And I also did the cycle with the key fob and I'm now hearing it's not a good thing to do. I was freaking out also and thought I was going to kill the rig.
