hello iam bader from saudi arabia sorry am average in English

my car dodge challenger srt8 2010
i have diablosport intune after update have problem when i connected the intune to the vehicle went to install calibration update. Got to 99%, and asked to do a key cycle. Key off, press green check mark. Fine. Key on (no dash lights came on btw when i turned key on), pressed green check mark. Tool tells me "an error occured loading calibration tune." Dash lights then come back on. Tool recycles and is in recovery mode. Wants to only write calibration tune at this point. Tried about 5-6 times and exact same results

intune now is stuck in recovery mode ..... the car failed to be tuned

:(

Let it recover and when you try to install again LEAVE THE KEY in THE ON POSITION, just use the green check marks>

skipping the key cycle has resolved this for everyone...please try it again.

there is no hour to wait, just leave the key on and click the check marks, and it should finish...

Call them (diablosport) with the tool (inTune) booted up (powered up/running) and they will get you fixed up!

Why is your door open when you are doing this?
I believe you turn everything off and sit in the car
door closed after plugging in to the OBDll connector.

Try that
