P0133 code

All 4 o2 sensors were replaced 3 months ago as well as the wiring. I had a CMR tune because of the long tube headers. Previous to the tune I was getting this code once a week. Since I got the tune done 2 months I haven't seen the code until today. Ive had a brand new exhaust system put on and headers resealed just to make sure there were no leaks. Any advice on what to do next?

Ok great! Im glad its now pinpointed. Im sure its a dumb question at this point but what should I do to fix this?

try replacing the harness with a proper one (not made in china or spliced together with cheap wire).

Do they make wires long enough to accommodate for the long tube headers? If so any recommendations on where I can get those?

Before I order a set of extensions to get rid of the spliced wires, I wanted to see if I could get something clarified. I was under the impression that its usually the rear o2 wires that need to be extended. And my code is for sensor 1 bank 1. So Im not exactly sure which one was spliced. Also I was told by my CMR tuner that he did not tune out that code, he just changed the timing to account for the extra distance. He told me I could bring it in but it sounds like hes going to charge me for something I had already paid to have done.

Depends on the headers. Some extend the fronts too.

If you do decide to get new extensions, Caspers Electronics is the only way to go IMO. I used their extensions on my Jeep and the problem was solved instantly.

I got a chance to take a look under the truck today and the front o2 sensors were not the ones that needed the extensions. So now I am not sure what to do next. If the sensors are only 2 months old I just don't think I should bother replacing it. Any advice is definitely appreciated.

The wire and harness both look perfect. On the other hand the passenger side looks a little ghetto, wrapped in electrical tape. But the code keeps reading p0133 slow o2 response sensor 1 bank 1. Which correct me if Im wrong but that is pre cat drivers side? I will go ahead and try replacing the passenger side. But just confused with it all.

After taking my throttle body off I realized there is no gasket between the throttle body and the throttle body spacer. So if it is metal on metal with no gasket I see the great possibility in creating a leak. Could a leak at this location cause that p0133 code?
