Rev Limit in Neutral

For the '12 Dodge Challenger RT auto, we're limited to 4000 RPM in neutral. The adjustment slider on the inTune only goes from -600 to +600. Is this really all we can adjust while in neutral? Can we not set the neutral rev limiter closer to what it is while in drive (~5600 RPM)?

that will require a custom tune.
Didge does not want you revving it in neutral like that
