Intune won't boot up

Have another one doing this, plug it into the car or computer (car is needing tune after camshaft install) and the red status bar stops at the "b" in the diablo, any ideas on a fix? It will not boot up past that point no matter how long I let it sit.

As always when these go a little off, customer has to have this thing by lunch (its 8:30 now) will I have an issue using another Intune I have in stock to get this guy on the road?

I obviously don't have the option of putting the broke intune back to stock.

new tool will read the file out and request that you do a cal update to get the car back to stock, no worries.
