My Intune i-1000 dcx stopped working ECU not found!!!!

I connected the device to obd port, it boots up fine, however when I try to do datalog or tune the vehicle it always says no ecu found. I have checked everything my key is at ON postion and everything seems to be alright. Please help to resolve this problem Thanks

by the way, I have the 1r03m firmware.

This is what happened. I download a dsh file by mistake and put to the intune folder, then I found my dataloging is not logging the correct pids, I then thought it was the problem of the dsh file, I then deleted it. After that the device just doesn't connect to the ecu anymore. Please do help

I tried to call you but nobody answer the phone. Now it connects to the ecu, but the datalogging just seems to be wrong. For example I whant to log KNK TOTAL RETARD, it appears on the screen of the device. But when I save the log file to be viewed with DATAVIEWER, it is replaced buy some other pids that I didn't log. For instance KNK TOTAL RETARD AND 2/1 LONG TERM ADAPT became PHI MUL(multi) and SID6 SML LEAK ON TIME STATUS. Please help.
