New intune-updated buuuut!!

I am about to take this tuner back to where I bought it for a refund.

I plug it in and it tells me it is up to date. I go to tune my 2013 jeep jk and it tells me that my PCM (vin blah blah blah) needs a calibration and to unplug it and plug it into a computer with internet to check calibration but when I check the cal it says it's up to date. WTF IS UP!

For $500 bones this thing should work out of the BOX!

I am not new to diablo products but this f'in thing has me at my whits end.

Are the 2013 jeep jk not supported? The power shop I bought it from stated it was for the 2013 model year on there site.

that message means that your JEEP needs an update, NOT THE INTUNE... your jeep's pcm needs to be updated...

and you have the inTune DCX right??? not the regular inTune.... you need the inTune DCX version to work with that 2013 jeep...

I checked the firmware and it's the "n" version and all the other files check as "ok".

I'll check to see if there is an update for my PCM or is there a work around. So the 2013 jeep JK is supported?

2013 Jeeps are currently supported by the Trinity only. We are working on adding support for the I-1000-DCX and hope to have an update soon.

They are supported by Trinity only currently, nothing wrong with the tool, its just the wrong one...
