computer not finding logs

I have been recording data logs & when I plug into my computer I open logs . No new logs are there. My intune says its making a file

When you are done writing the log on the vehicle, do you select the back arrow and see the log being saved? if so, you need to go to the intune drive and open the logs folder to see them.

yes I do hit the back arrow. it tells me its writing the file
